Premium Online Coaching – $220/month
The Premium Coaching Package is the most popular service offered by Fit Endurance. Our plans begin at $220/Month with a 3 month minimum commitment plus a one-time initial consultation fee of $100. Each athlete receives a fully customized training schedule that is based on results from cycling and running field tests combined with feedback from the Athlete Questionnaire completed during the comprehensive initial consultation. This level of coaching service allows for additional athlete/coach interaction, which is important for those individuals wanting to perform at their very best.

Initial Consultation & One Time Setup Fee: $100.00

The comprehensive initial consultation that accompanies any Premium Level Coaching service takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete and consists of the following:

Current Health Assessment
Determining Sport Specific Limiters
Short & Long Term Goal Setting
Personal/Work/Family Schedule Discussion

Private Coaching (limited availability) $375/month
Private Coaching is the ultimate in services provided by Fit Endurance. Ideal for very busy executives and individuals, this coaching plan gives each athlete daily access to alterations in their fully customized training schedule. In addition, Private Coaching clients receive bi-weekly personal training sessions with their coach to work on sport specific techniques, to obtain direct and instant feedback and to help with motivation for getting through some of the more difficult workouts.

The comprehensive initial consultation that accompanies any Private Level Coaching service takes approximately 4 hours to complete and consists of the following:
